“Serve the LORD in sincerity and in truth... Choose you this day whom you will serve.
But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
Joshua 24:14-16

Recent

Here is our life in some recent videos. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the blog to turn the music off so you can hear.

He also knows the sound for elephant. Hopefully I'll get it on video soon.

I cannot believe that my baby is growing up so fast. Ok, well if I'm honest he's not a baby anymore and he hasn't been for several months. He's a toddler, and about to be 2 in just 3 short months! He is learning so much and I swear he learns a new word or concept every day! Right now he loves being outside and the weather has been perfect for us to play outside and visit the park. He's really into all things boys...dirt, animals, cars, trucks, and sports. His love for animals is growing and I'm just waiting for him to bring me bugs and lizards as we play outside this summer. To summarize: he is awesome, and I'm enjoying every minute of being his mama.

60 Degrees

Well, 64 degrees to be exact, and it was wonderful!!! This weekend was so nice with temperatures in the 60's!! We took every advantage opening windows, riding our bikes, and going to the park both yesterday and today. Levi had so much fun at the park that both days when it came time to leave he cried and then continued to cry the whole way home. I think it's safe to say that he is looking forward to spring and summer as much as I am.

Snow!

So it obviously snowed here the other day, and of course of I have photos to share. I hope you all enjoyed your day in the snow by building snowmen, throwing snowballs, and sledding down the hills. I know we did!

Colts & Peyton Forever

We love the Colts and I especially love Peyton Manning, so when we Colts were heading to the SuperBowl there was no doubt we were going to celebrate. We had a little party at my parent's house with decorations, noise makers, and wings. It was a great time. We all enjoyed watching the game together and even Levi got into the spirit of things. We cheered and cheered, but in the end our Colts lost to the Saints. Boo Saints!! We were all devastated to say the least, but hey, there's always next year. GO COLTS...and PEYTON!!!

We Miss Our Papa

We missed our Papa a lot today, so we made a huge display to welcome him home.

I Know...It's Been A While

I know it's been a while, but things have been slightly hectic around here. So for those of you dying to know what's been going on at our home, here it is...
  • Levi has had another ear infection. To make him feel better I bought him a balloon (he LOVES balloons).

  • Aaron and I got a new bed frame! It was a Christmas present from my parents, and it looks amazing. It has done wonders for our room. I love it! Thanks Mom & Dad! Pictures coming soon.
  • I got a new pillow - I know, it's ground-breaking!
  • I've been under the weather, but on the mend.
  • Colts went to the SuperBowl and we had a party, but that's another post all on it's own.
  • Beth & I started going to Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) every Wednesday morning. Right now we are studying the book of John. It is really good and enjoyable.
  • Aaron & I finally went on a date. With the holidays and all we haven't had time for just ourselves in awhile, so we went to dinner and a movie. We saw "The Blind Side." It was awesome.
  • Mom and Dad got a Wii - it is lots of fun.
  • I fell back in love with Criminal Minds after seeing it this past Wednesday night.
  • I want to re-do Levi's room. I've bought some artwork for his room, now I just need to paint.
  • This past Thursday night I had an awesome time with all my small group ladies.
  • Still loving The Office.
  • Still madly in love with my family. Aaron and Levi rock my world.

Here's a picture of Levi napping today. Have a good week!
