"...I asked for all things that I might enjoy life. I was given life that I might enjoy all things. I got nothing that I asked for, but everything I hoped for. Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered. I am, among all men, most richly blessed.”
But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
Joshua 24:14-16

Nursery
Aaron and I have been working extremely hard on getting the nursery ready for Levi. This past weekend we spent much of Saturday cleaning out closets and exercise equipment to make room for baby furniture. Most of the furniture we are using are things passed down from Aaron's parents. The rocker belongs to Aaron's mom and she is gracious enough to let us use it. The toy chest was Aaron's when he was little, and the changing table belonged to his parents as well. Aaron's grandfather made both the toy chest and the changing table, so they are extra special since they are family pieces. Many of you have been asking for pictures, so I thought I would include a couple of pictures of some of the things we've put into the nursery. Although the nursery isn't completed yet, it is well on it's way.

oh it's looking great. i cannot blow up my picture, what is carved on the top of the toy box?
There is a sailboat on top of the toy box.
Looks like everything is falling into place. I love the furniture. It's really special that it has been kept in the family. Hope you are doing well :)
I love the furniture. We are doing the same thing with our furniture. Some pieces have been in the family for many generations and some pieces have become Daddy's summer project. The changing table is absolutely beautiful.
I have always liked those type of rockers. I don't know if they still make them. :(
I love the toy chest!
