I finally finished it!
New Moon was a HUGE disappointment for me. I really enjoyed reading Twilight, so I was SO looking forward to reading New Moon. It was just too slow for me. My sister Amy got me real excited about it too because she loved it. I kept waiting to fall in love with Jacob, and it just never happened. I started reading it around Thanksgiving, and just now finished it! I can't believe it took me that long, but I was so bored through most of it that I would have to read a chapter at a time. There was no Edward, and Bella was really getting on my nerves. I was on page 480 before I was like "This is getting good." At least the last 80 pages or so weren't bad. I actually started enjoying it a little then. I will say that at least the last chapter got me looking forward to the next installment. I think I will enjoy Eclipse much better, but I'm not holding my breath after this disappointment.

I felt the same exact way. I've only read a few chapters of the third one so far but it is already a lot better that New Moon.
I just finished Eclipse..and THOUGHT that it was the last book till' I was over at Karen's house and saw Breaking Dawn. Now I'm dying to know the end of the story! Eclipse is great! Happy Reading (I have it if you need it).
